We have practised general and specific litigation for many years and have accumulated extensive trial experience at all levels. We conduct litigious matters not only in Magistrates’ Courts throughout Gauteng, but also in Limpopo, North West Province and Mpumalanga. Since attorneys have been allowed to appear in the High Court, we have attended to various High Court appearances in South Africa and Lesotho, as well as the Supreme Court of Appeal.  We have also dealt with various constitutional matters in the Constitutional Court in the past five years.
